Wall Street Consultants is a specialized investment banking and brokerage consulting firm which seeks to utilize an in house stable of professionals. Particular areas of focus include investment banking (with respect to IPO’s), and bridge financings.

The target market for our business would be small to mid cap companies with high caliber management or an existing positive track record in need of recognition for growth.

Wall Street Consultants has created an independent research (Third party reports) service. This service is provided by an outside source. This research is fully detailed and asks the questions that no one else will ask. This research consists of an initial, quarterly, mid-term(if needed) and end of year reports.

There will be a hedge fund set up to invest in undervalued stocks, unknown stocks, and orphaned stocks (orphaned stocks are companies that have lost coverage due to brokerage companies which went out of business or do not follow these companies at this time). This fund is not and will not be part of WSC. (The fund will use just the research from WSC’s clients)

Wall Street Consultants is positioning itself to become a major third party research and consulting firm.
